We need to EAT less if we need to be ACTIVE.

The gravity is more during the FULL MOON or NO MOON day[as the distance between moon and earth is less?] and so is the PRESSURE in the STOMACH. An analogous comparison is the GRINDER, if we apply too much pressure either by tightening the LID too much or by trying with more rice to be ground. 
HIGHER the PRESSURE, LOWER the GRINDABILITY


During EKADASI, if we start FASTING or EAT LESS, we will gear up our body for the FULL MOON or NO MOON
So, if we EAT LESS during these days, LESS the STRESS on the STOMACH, better the digestion and so LESS FAT as well. You can stay ACTIVE.
