What is the meaning of 6 faces of Murugan, Lord Murugan is also known as Arumugam meaning 6 faces through which he has the ability to see towards East, West, North, South, Skywards and Earth. The six faces are made up of 5 faces of Lord Shiva plus the face of goddess Parvathi Devi.The five faces of Shiva are Sadyojata, Agohora, Tatpurusham, Ishana and Vamadeva.
