Medicinal prescription through a photo (Nature is a revelation of the Almighty)

My wife was suffering from dysentery and this photo came suddenly and I realized that arrow root is used for stomach pain and dysentery too and so immediately went and got an arrow root. 

When observed it is fortified with lactic acid and some bacteria (See the 2nd photo). When consumed it solved the dysentery.

It this not mystic ?
